ABOUT THIS NODE

This node brings together researchers working on languages of Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Himalayan region. Two core goals are to study (a) linguistic relationships across political boundaries and (b) linguistic diversity and Asia’s indigenous languages. We also pursue research connections with global Indigenous Studies researchers.
